- Physical principles and laws of hydraulic systems.
- Characteristics of hydraulic systems.
- Functions, symbols and types of hydraulic pumps, cylinders, motors, filters, tank and coolers.
- Types and Characteristics of hydraulic valves base on their structure.
Main machines/equipments:
- Pumps.
- Direction control valves.
- Flow control valves.
- Pressure control valves.
- Actuators.
Objectives:
After completion of this course the participant should be able to:
- Understand the basics and important physical principles of hydraulics.
- Familiarize with hydraulic elements commonly used in the industry.
Prerequisite:
Engineers, Technicians, or Participant who work in hydraulic field.
Language: English – Arabic.
Duration: 6 days (9.00 a.m. – 1.00 p.m.). {Total teaching hours 24}

- Design of working diagrams.
- Design circuit diagram with simulation software.

- Festo software.
Objectives:
After completion of this course the participant should be able to:
- Design hydraulic circuits which commonly used in the industry area.
Prerequisite:
Engineers, Technicians, Participant who attended hydraulic basic level.
Language: English – Arabic.

1- Electro-hydraulic control systems (with Siemens s7-200)
- Electro-hydraulic equipments symbol.
- Function and use of electro-hydraulic component.
- Direct and indirect control.
- Logical function control circuit.
- Sequence control and working diagram of electro-hydraulic control systems.
- Design circuit diagram with software.
2- Proportional hydraulic control system
- Design of proportional valves.
- Hydraulic proportional directional control valves.
- Hydraulic proportional pressure control valves.
- Typical function and use of proportional hydraulic component in industrial application.
- Setting of parameters.
Main machines/equipments:
- PLC Siemens S7-200.
- MicroWin Software.
- Relays – timers - counter (Kits).
- Pumps.
- Direction control valves.
- Flow control valves.
- Pressure control valves.
- Actuators.
Objectives:

- Understand the electro-hydraulic circuits and connect hydraulic components with PLC.

Participant who attended hydraulic intermediate Level, or who works with hydraulic systems in his field.
