Course contents:

  • Physical principles and laws of pneumatics.
  • Compressed air generation, distribution and preparation.
  • Function and use of pneumatic components.
  • Recognizing and drawing of pneumatic symbols.


Main machines/equipments:

  1. Compressors.
  2. Direction control valves.
  3. Flow control valves.
  4. Actuators.


Objectives:
After completion of this course the participant should be able to:

  • Understand the basic and important physical principles of pneumatic.
  • Familiarize with pneumatic elements commonly used in the industry.


Prerequisite:
Engineers, Technicians, or who works in hydraulic systems field.

Language: English – Arabic.

Duration: 6 days (9.00 a.m. – 1.00 p.m.). {Total teaching hours 24}

Number of participants: Max. 10 persons.

Course contents:

  • Design of pneumatic circuit diagrams according to standard.
  • Design of control function by AND/ OR function.
  • Design of working diagrams.
  • Design circuit diagrams with simulation software.


Main machines/equipments:

  1. Festo software.


Objectives:
After completion of this course the participant should be able to:

  • Design pneumatic circuits which commonly used in the industry area.


Prerequisite:
Participant who attended pneumatic basic Level, or who works with pneumatic systems in his work field.

Language: English – Arabic.

Duration: 6 days (9.00 a.m. – 1.00 p.m.). {Total teaching hours 24}

Number of participants: Max. 10 persons.

Course contents:

Electro-pneumatic control systems(with PLC OMRON):

  • Electrical system and pneumatic system.
  • Function, utilization and drawing symbol of Electro-pneumatic components.
  • Drawing of pneumatic and electrical circuit diagram.
  • Sequential control and working diagram of Electro-pneumatic.
  • Simulation and practical exercises.


Main machines/equipment:

  1. Compressors.
  2. Direction control valves.
  3. Flow control valves.
  4. Actuators.
  5. PLC OMRON-CJ1M.
  6. CXOne Software.
  7. Relay – counter – timer (Kits).


Objectives:
After completion of this course the participant should be able to:

  • Understand the electro-pneumatic circuits and connect pneumatic components with PLC


Prerequisite:

Participant who attended pneumatic course intermediate Level.

Language: English – Arabic.

Duration: 6 days (9.00 a.m. – 1.00 p.m.). {Total teaching hours 24}

Prerequisite:
Participants who works with pneumatic systems in their work field, or who has Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent.

Language: English – Arabic.

Duration: {15 days – 2 hours per day – 5 working days a week}; total 20 hours.
